What Is an Image to PDF Converter?

Does Converting an Image to PDF Reduce Its Quality?
Barely. Every image keeps its full width and height in pixels, even when it is shrunk to fit the page. How it is stored depends on the format:
- JPG photos are saved again at 92% quality. The change is very hard to see.
- PNG, WebP, GIF, BMP and AVIF images are stored as PNG, which loses no detail.
- Animated GIFs become a still page that shows the first frame.
What Page Size and Margins Does the PDF Use?
Every page is A4 portrait (210 × 297 mm) with a margin of about 8 mm (1/3 inch) on each side. There is no setting yet for Letter size, landscape pages or no margin. Each image sits in the center of its page:
- Large images shrink to fit inside the margins and keep their shape.
- Small images are never enlarged, so a small screenshot stays small on the page.
- Large wide images fill the page width and leave empty space above and below.
How Do I Put Several Images on One PDF Page?
Combine them into one image first. This converter always gives each image its own page. Use merge images to place your pictures side by side, stacked or in a grid, then convert that single image to PDF.
How Do I Make the PDF File Smaller?
Start with smaller images, or shrink the PDF after you download it. The PDF keeps every pixel, so large phone photos make large files. PNG and WebP photos grow too, because they are stored without loss. Save photos as JPG before you convert, or compress the PDF when you are done.

What image formats can I convert to PDF?
You can convert JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF, BMP and AVIF images. TIFF files work only in browsers that can open them, such as Safari. If an iPhone HEIC photo won't open, save it as JPG first.
How do I combine multiple images into one PDF?
Select all your images at once in the upload box, or add more later with the Add Images button. Drag the thumbnails into the order you want, then click Convert & Download. You get one PDF with one page per image, in the order shown by the numbers.
How many images can I convert at once?
There is no set limit. You can add as many images as your device's memory can handle. Very large photos use more memory, so on a phone it helps to convert them in smaller groups.
Can I reorder images before converting?
Yes. Drag any thumbnail to a new spot and the page numbers update right away. Reordering works with a mouse, with touch and with the keyboard.
Will my PDF have a watermark?
No. The PDF contains only your images, one per page. No logo, stamp or extra text is added, and you don't need an account.
Can I convert photos to PDF on my iPhone or Android phone?
